January 12, 2018:Aerospace Facilities Group just completed the installation of one of our GEN-3 Abrasive Blast Cabinets at Mountain Home AFB.
January 08, 2018: Aerospace Facilities Group just completed the installation of one of its GEN-3 Abrasive Blast Cabinets at Ellsworth AFB. This cabinet will be used to support aircraft maintenance on the base.
January 08, 2018: New full-floor blast media recovery pneumatic slide gate system. This is one part of the recovery floor slide gate system being installed for the CH-47 Helicopter Abrasive Blast Booth. The blast recovery floor will have 58 recovery tubes and a programmable PLC control panel to operate the slide gates and to set timing intervals between the floor sections.
Like all of our equipment, it is powder-coated to increase durability in the field.
December 07, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group was awarded the contract to maintain the U-2 and Global Hawk support equipment at Beale AFB. the equipment includes the large walk-in blast booth, compressor systems, paint booth, and the abrasive blast cabinet.
December 07, 2017: USAF Structural Maintenance School at Pensacola Naval Air Station.

November 17, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group just finished up the Breathing Airline installation at Moody AFB.
The installation called for new lines, hose reels, and regulators in the A-10 hangar and Fuels hangar.
November 13, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group was awarded the contract to supply
Mountain Home AFB with one of our GEN-3 Abrasive Blast Cabinets.
November 09, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group was awarded the contract at Travis AFB to maintain the small arms firing range dust collection system.
November 06, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group just finished up with a complete refurbishment of the Pauli Systems abrasive blast equipment at Eielson AFB Alaska. This equipment had fallen into some disrepair over the years due to heavy use by the activity.
AFG replaced control valves, filters, booth lights with LED lights, re-designed the shaker intake so media would not escape and contaminate the work area. AFG also provided operator training and maintenance training on the equipment.
November 06, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group checking out the construction progress
of the new Helicopter Stripping Facility for the CH-47. This new facility will house an AFG
abrasive blast booth and AFG Paint Booth specifically designed for the CH-47, and
Cobra helicopters.
The area shown in the photo is the pit area that AFG's full media recovery floor will be placed.
This system will allow the activity to reclaim the spent media as they are blasting.

October 13, 2017: Aerospace Facilities Group assembling 2 of our GEN-3 Abrasive Blast cabinets for the US Military. These cabinets are designed, and manufactured by AFG, in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the USA.
